A decorated U.S. Army veteran and proud South Side Chicago native, Ronnie Burnett embodies service, discipline, and community empowerment. After serving two tours of duty with the 82nd Airborne Division, Sergeant Burnett returned home with a mission: to build a business that honors the values of integrity, excellence, and service-first leadership.

Founded in 2025, RTB Cleaning (“Returning the Brilliance”) merges Ronnie’s military-honed precision with his deep commitment to Chicago’s suburban communities. Every RTB protocol—from eco-friendly supply chains to employee training—reflects his core belief: “Spaces should inspire pride, whether it’s a family kitchen or a corporate boardroom.”

Beyond business, Ronnie partners with local veterans’ groups to provide career pathways in the cleaning industry, ensuring 30% of RTB hires are fellow vets. When not overseeing operations, he coaches youth basketball in Oak Park and advocates for minority entrepreneurship through the Chicago Urban League.
